Vaping can damage your lungs
The chemicals in e-cigarettes can cause serious lung problems like asthma and chronic bronchitis. No one wants to wheeze and cough all the time, right?
Vaping is addictive
E-cigarettes contain nicotine, which is highly addictive. Once you start vaping, it's hard to stop. You don't want to be dependent on something that's bad for you!
Vaping is expensive
E-cigarettes and their accessories can be pricey. Think about how much money you could save if you don't start vaping!
Don't Vape. It's not worth it.
E-cigarettes are battery-operated and create an aerosol for a user to inhale. When a person uses an e-cigarette, the liquid inside heats up and becomes the aerosol, which typically contains nicotine, flavorings, and chemicals, some of which are toxic. The e- liquids often come in flavors, but the chemicals used to create flavors can be even more harmful to your lungs. E-cigarette aerosol can also contain other chemicals like formaldehyde, which can cause cancer, and metal particles such as nickel, lead, chromium, tin, and aluminum. Breathing in e-cigarette aerosol delivers these chemicals to your lungs where they can cause damage. The effects may be long-lasting—and even deadly.
Vaping can harm your brain.
Nicotine can damage your brain cells and affect your memory and concentration. You don't want to risk your brain development for a fleeting sensation!
